Ingredientes

This banana bread is sooooooo good. I made it & it’s better after sitting in the refrigerator for two days. It seems to get moisture.

My first success at baking anything sweet. I just retired and I wanted to at least be able to bake one thing. I tried it and it was a success the first time! Moist and full of flavor. I love the flexibility of the ingredients too. Thank you for your site and all of your wonderful dishes.

Hi Delta. This is the nicest banana bread, I have tried other recipes this is the easiest and best tasting.
Rather than using a regular loaf pan I used an eight mini loaf pan,
    The amount worked out perfect.
    Thank you

    1. Hi Jan! I bet you probably can. I would let them defrost first in the refrigerator before working with them. Otherwise they’re going to be too hard to work with and you do need to mash them up to integrate them with the other ingredients. Please let me know how this works for you!

Can I turn it into pumpkin bread? If so, how much pumpkin do I add? Thank you so much!

    1. Hi Kimberly, I’d use a cup of pumpkin puree, because it’s more watery than mashed banana. Thanks for your comment!
